The machine consists of a base, a rack, a roller, a motor, a reducer, a friction gear, a distance regulator, a thin oil lubrication device and other main parts/components. The rollers are arranged in a inveted L shape to facilitate operation.

Application

Rubber calender is used for rubber (plastic)calendering , precisely sheeting ,textile fabric fractioning ,double side coating , sheet laminating and so on.

6) Roller arrangement can be "I" type, "F" type, "Z" type, "L" type and "invert L" type.
